 1 tbsp tomato paste
 ⅛ tsp salt
 ½ tsp thyme
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 1 tbsp soy sauce, tamari or liquid aminos
 ¼ cup sparkling water
 ¾ cup vital wheat gluten
