Steak Seasoning

Simple and versatile, this steak seasoning can be used to "beef" up any of your seitan dishes. You can even make a quick broth using about 1T per cup of boiling water, plus about 1/2-1T of soy sauce/liquid aminos per cup.

 1 tbsp sea salt
 2 tbsp coarse ground black pepper
 2 tbsp garlic powder
 2 tbsp dried porcini or shiitake mushroom powder
 1 tbsp onion powder
 1 tbsp smoked paprika
 2 tsp dried thyme
1

Simply mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
