Ingredients

Seitan Ingredients:
 400g vital wheat gluten
 10 dried shiitake mushrooms
 20ml soy sauce or liquid aminos
 300ml veggie stock
 1 tb sp of liquid smoke
 ½ tsp of salt
 50g of tomato paste
 50g nutritional yeast flakes
Seitan Stock Ingredients:
 80g yeast extract
 50g tomato paste
 50ml soy sauce or liquid aminos
 1.2l of veggie stock
Goulash Ingredients:
 2 tbsp of vinegar
 70g vegan butter
 2 bay leaves
 400g canned (chopped) tomatoes
 50g tomato paste
 400g potatoes
 400g onions
 1 green pepper
 1 red pepper
 2 cloves of garlic
 a pinch of salt
 a pinch of pepper
 ½ tsp of sugar
 2 tbsp sweet paprika
 2 tbsp hot paprika
 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
