 ¼ tsp 5-spice powder
 2 tbsp gluten-free tamari or soy sauce
 1 tbsp sweet sake or rice wine
 1 tbsp vegan honey
 ½ tbsp sesame oil
Mock Pork
 ¾ cup warm water
 ½ tbsp soy sauce
  tsp salt
 ¼ tsp baking powder
  cup vital wheat gluten
 3 corn husks, moistened
 2 tbsp roast pork/char sui/Chinese BBQ seasoning
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 ½ tbsp vegetable oil
 ¼ cup water
