 2 cups cooked chickpeas (cold, don’t use warm)300 g
 1 cup aquafaba (vegetable broth or water can be substituted)225 ml
 2 tbsp vegetable oil30 ml
 2 tbsp white miso paste*35g *sub chickpea miso if soy intolerant
 1.50 tsp salt**10g use less salt if using canned salted chickpeas
 1 tbsp onion powder12 g
 2 tsp garlic powder6 g
 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
 1 ¾ cups vital wheat gluten255g
