I’ve made this recipe several times and absolutely love the color and texture!
I really want to make this recipe, and have it turn out as succulent as yours looks.
could you tell me the cup measurements for the VWG in this recipe. If my conversion is correct, seems to be about 3cups/US. my scale doesn’t show grams.
thanks
Though this is not my recipe (you’ll find the full link at pizzaislovely.com) I can say that it depends greatly on how you measure your cups. Are you a scooper? A scoop-and-presser? Or a spooner? I realized that as a scoop-and-presser, my cup weights are often 150-160g (and this is the incorrect way to do it.) If you spoon into the cup, you’ll probably wind up closer to 120-125g. This is the correct way and you’re supposed to glide a knife across the top after to level. If you simply scoop the VWG out of the bag without pressing, you’ll likely fall somewhere in between. Hope that helps!
